Ivo Nelson and Dana Sellers to Share the Love as EXPO19 Keynotes

The 2019 conference is going to be another step forward in bringing together a unique community of health IT professionals that are focused on Collaboration, Innovation, and Community. Unlike other conferences, is laser focused on creating an environment where health IT professionals can come together to share practical innovations that will improve healthcare.

With this in mind, we’re excited to announce our first keynote speakers for 2019: Ivo Nelson and Dana Sellers.

If you’ve been around healthcare IT, you’ve probably heard the names Ivo Nelson and Dana Sellers. They spent decades together on the frontlines of healthcare helping hospitals, health systems, and medical practices implement and effectively adopt healthcare IT systems first at Healthlink and then at Encore Health Resources.  Plus, Ivo has sat on more than 20 boards and received numerous awards for his work in Health IT.

On their health IT journeys, they learned the power of creating a Love Based Culture in an organization. This became the subject of the recently published book, “The 10 Principles of a Love-Based Culture: How Authentic Business Leaders Trust Their Employees To Do The Right Thing“, which was authored by Ivo Nelson with contribution from Dana Sellers.

While the business world loves to talk about tough love, Ivo and Dana have found the power that comes from creating a loved based culture rather than one based on fear. They’ll be sharing their 10 loved based principles to help those in the community create happier patients, more energized employees, and more successful organizations. Those who attend will learn how to steer your organization away from fear towards love.

Along with Ivo Nelson and Dana Sellers keynote presentation, the community will get to ask them questions in a Fireside Chat format along with having the opportunity to receive a signed copy of their book.
