Lillian is committed to enriching and saving lives…and using data to achieve the best patient experiences and outcomes. She advances progressive strategies to improve population health with sophisticated methodology including risk and capitation models, data analytics, risk stratification, and predictive modeling.
With more than twenty years of diverse experience in progressive health care strategies and analytics, Lillian career includes:

* Vice President, Population Health and Provider Analytics for Highmark, Inc.
* Director of Risk Analytics for UnityPoint Health in Des Moines, Iowa, ranked among largest health systems in the U.S.

* Risk Management Actuary at Wellmark Blue Cross-Blue Shield.
She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Actuarial Science from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
