Raychelle Fernandez is Vice President of Dynamic Health IT. Her primary position with Dynamic is Director of Development & Implementation of four ONC Certified products: ConnectEHR, Patient Portal, DynamicFHIR and CQMsolution. Her 10 year of Healthcare IT experience has been dedicated to Certified EHR technology and Interoperability Solutions in relation to CDA and Quality Measures. She has been involved in the Certification processes since 2011 Edition. Prior to MU and ONC Certification Raychelle’s expertise spanned HL7 2.0 and Interface Development. She has 20 years’ experience in Software Architecture.
She is Certified in HITECH, is an HIT PRO – IS: Implementation Support Specialist, a Certified HL7 Interface Developer, a Certified PQRS/MIPS/eCQM Manager, a Certified Meaningful Use Manager, ONC Certification Guru. Raychelle is an Active HIMSS, DIRECT Trust and HL7 member, Dedicated Participant in Girls on FHIR and HL7’s C-CDA Implementation-A-Thon.
