Troy has spent the last 14 years involved in various aspects of Healthcare IT. A graduate of Utah State University, Troy served in various management rolls while working for Hill-Rom from 2004 until 2015. While with Hill-Rom, he worked in the clinical technology division of the company which supported nursecall, RTLS, hand hygiene, integrations with secure messaging and alert/alarm management as well as clinical workflow optimization. In 2015, Troy joined the IT staff at Stanford University Hospital where he is currently the Sr. Manager of Communciations Infrastructure. His responsibilities include enterprise support of secure messaging, alert/alarm management, RTLS and Nursecall infrastructure, overhead paging as well as various telephony and cellular solutions across the enterprise. Troy is currently working with his team to prepare for the opening of a new 850,000 sq. ft. hospital that is scheduled to open in the fall of 2019.
