Danielle Collins to Share Her Patient Story as Keynote at EXPO.health 2019

At the inaugural EXPO.health conference, one of the things that made the conference unique was that the very first speaker at the very first event was a patient.  That’s right, an amazing patient graced our stage and reminded us why what we’re doing in healthcare IT is so important.  It also reminded us of the importance of the patient voice in what we do.  It’s unfortunate that more conferences don’t work harder to include the patient voice in their conferences.

With that in mind, we’re excited to be featuring another great patient story at EXPO.health 2019 by having Danielle Collins, a Patient Advocate and Chief Experience Officer at the Empower360 Foundation.  Danielle will be our first keynote speaker at the 2019 EXPO.health conference.  As a patient, she experienced the power of the right technology in the right place first hand when she underwent surgery for a life-threatening brain bleed.

Join us in Boston where you can hear Danielle’s patient story.  She’ll share a fantastic example of what can happen when leading-edge technology is combined with an innovate care team that places the patient first.  Plus, you’ll get to learn about some amazing virtual reality technology and the impact it had on Danielle as a patient.

Come be inspired by an amazing patient combined with creative technology!  Join us in Boston, July 31-August 2, 2019 to hear Danielle Collins’ keynote and all the other fantastic sessions at EXPO.health 2019.  Register now!

P.S. If you’re a patient that would like to come and hear Danielle speak and take part in EXPO.health, be sure to check out our free conference passes for patients.
